1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the competition organized by HRTorQue.
1.2 By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to all persons and businesses in South Africa.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Mechanism
3.1 To enter, participants must enter their details in the fields above.

4. Prize Details
4.1 The prize for the Competition is a HR review to the value of R50 000.
4.2 The prize will be awarded to the winner as determined by a Random Draw.

6. Prize Delivery
6.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner by an agreed date.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

8. Data Protection and Publicity
8.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition.
8.2 Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition.
8.3 Participants may receive communications from HRTorQue.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants except where such loss or damage arises from the Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Terms.

10. General
10.1 These Terms may be amended at any time without notice.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
