We started our webinars in 2019 as a way of sharing some of our knowledge with the HR industry. These have since evolved from focused HR related topics to collaborations with some of the industry’s finest specialists on tax emigration, stress management, sustainability in the workplace and so much more. Our Reporter is the most important tool we use to keep clients and staff up to date with legislation updates and important changes within the industry. Subscribe today! Monthly newsletters are sent out to Reporter subscribers on burning HR, payroll and tax related issues. We also share the tax updates of African countries as well as pertinent information around employee wellness.
- HR mini trainings
HRTorQue has identified a real need for training in several of the businesses we interact with. Many supervisors, managers and team leaders do not understand basic legislation, and so either do it badly or not at all. This can result in organisations being placed at risk of wrongful termination claims, increased allegations of preferential treatment, and employees who cannot be held accountable in the workplace. To help you navigate this minefield, HRTorQue hosts weekly sessions on various topics to assist and guide your managers to perform more optimally in the workplace. - Manufacturing Indaba
HRTorQue participated in the 2022 Manufacturing Indaba at the Sandton Convention Centre, where we had a chance to connect with some of the key manufacturing companies from around the African continent. Have a look at some of our videos here.
- HR Indaba – Online and Live
HRTorQue took part in both HR Indaba’s held this year – the first online and the most recent at the Sandton Convention Centre in October. It was a great opportunity for HR professionals to learn things they need to know about the latest HR technology, strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. The latest event was the first live HR Indaba since 2019, so it was very special to be able to interact with our clients, both new and old, face to face. - YouTube
Our YouTube channel has been an excellent way of sharing valuable information with customers. You can view a range of service and self-help videos for your payroll and HR systems, as well as a variety of webinar recordings. Our most watched video for the past two years helps with the processing of IRP5s and EMP501, Webinar – IRP5 & EMP501 Processing.
